| halogen-free flame retardant | melamine cyanurate is a halogen-free flame retardant, also called melamine cyanuric acid ester (MCA), with a white crystal powder appearance, insoluble in water, soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol and formaldehyde; It is weakly acidic and can be well dispersed in oil medium. It is non-toxic, environmentally friendly and tasteless, it is stable at 300 ℃, endothermic decomposition and sublimation at 350 ℃. Non-combustible, chemical properties are very stable, widely used in nylon, acrylic emulsion, polytetrafluoroethylene resin and other olefin resins as halogen-free flame retardant components. Especially suitable for the use of nylon 6 and nylon 6,6, which are two pure nylons. It has good flame retardant effect, small processing smoke, and can make the flame retardant level easily reach the UL94V-O level; it has extremely low Application cost, superior electrical properties, mechanical properties and coloring properties and other advantages. At the same time, when it is used as a mixed additive to make flame retardant masterbatch, due to its excellent balance between good thermal stability and high efficiency flame retardancy, it has the advantage of easy processing. |
